Chocolate Covered Pretzels

These simple chocolate covered pretzels are a delicious salty sweet dessert and are always a hit!

Ingredients

  • 3 ¾ cups mini pretzels
  • 10 oz dark chocolate melting wafers
  • 10 oz white vanilla melting wafers

Instructions

  • Reserve 1/3 cup of the white vanilla wafers and 1/3 cup of the dark chocolate wafers and set them aside.
  • Melt the remaining dark chocolate wafers in a small bowl in the microwave until smooth.
  • One at a time, dip two cups worth of pretzels into the melted dark chocolate, tap off excess chocolate, and place them onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  • Melt the remaining white vanilla wafers that were not set aside.
  • One at a time, dip 1 ¾ cups of pretzels in the white chocolate, tap off the excess chocolate, and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  • Place the pretzels in the fridge to set.
  • Melt the remaining ⅓ cup of dark chocolate wafers. Drizzle that over the white chocolate pretzels.
  • Melt the remaining ⅓ cup of white vanilla wafers. Drizzle that over the dark chocolate pretzels.
  • Return to the fridge until the chocolate is hardened.
