Peanut Butter Balls with Graham Crackers
These peanut butter balls are made with graham crackers and coated in chocolate. A delicious no bake dessert that is perfect for the holidays!

- 1 cup creamy no stir peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs around 12 graham crackers
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 12 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
Add the peanut butter and melted butter to the kitchenaid (or use a hand mixer) and mix to combine
Add the graham cracker crumbs and salt to the peanut butter mixture until combined
Add the powdered sugar
Finish mixing with a rubber spatula until the peanut butter ball batter is completely combined
Line a baking sheet with wax paper or parchment paper
Drop balls onto it using a mini cookie scoop, then roll with your hands. You should get around 20 peanut butter balls
Chill the peanut butter balls for one hour in the fridge
Melt the semi sweet chocolate chips
Dip the peanut butter graham balls into the melted chocolate and place back onto the baking sheet
Chill until firm
