Peanut Butter Balls with Graham Crackers

These peanut butter balls are made with graham crackers and coated in chocolate. A delicious no bake dessert that is perfect for the holidays!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy no stir peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs around 12 graham crackers
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 12 oz semi sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Add the peanut butter and melted butter to the kitchenaid (or use a hand mixer) and mix to combine
  • Add the graham cracker crumbs and salt to the peanut butter mixture until combined
  • Add the powdered sugar
  • Finish mixing with a rubber spatula until the peanut butter ball batter is completely combined
  • Line a baking sheet with wax paper or parchment paper
  • Drop balls onto it using a mini cookie scoop, then roll with your hands. You should get around 20 peanut butter balls
  • Chill the peanut butter balls for one hour in the fridge
  • Melt the semi sweet chocolate chips
  • Dip the peanut butter graham balls into the melted chocolate and place back onto the baking sheet
  • Chill until firm
