Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy no stir peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs around 12 graham crackers
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 12 oz semi sweet chocolate chips or chocolate melting wafers

Instructions

  • Mix together the peanut butter and melted butter.
  • Add the graham cracker crumbs and salt to the peanut butter mixture and mix until combined.
  • Mix in the powdered sugar.
  • Finish mixing the batter with a rubber spatula until it is completely combined.
  • Line a baking sheet with wax paper or parchment paper.
  • Drop balls of batter onto it using a mini cookie scoop, then roll each one with your hands. You should get around 20 peanut butter balls.
  • Chill the peanut butter balls for one hour in the fridge. This will make them easier to dip and less messy!
  • Melt the semi sweet chocolate chips until smooth. You can also use melting wafers if you prefer.
  • Dip the peanut butter graham balls into the melted chocolate and place them back onto the baking sheet.
  • Chill until firm.
