Chocolate Covered Almonds

Made with just three ingredients, these chocolate covered almonds are a delightful and easy to make no-bake dessert that is sure to satisfy your sweet tooth!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • Sea salt flakes for topping

Instructions

  • Place the dark chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and microwave until melted, stirring every 15-20 seconds. Watch closely to avoid burning the chocolate.
  • Dip the almonds one by one into the melted chocolate with a fork, tap off the excess chocolate, then place on a wax paper lined baking sheet
  • Sprinkle the chocolate covered almonds immediately with flaked sea salt before the chocolate sets
  • Place in fridge to harden until set
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2 weeks, or in the freezer for up to a month.
