Chocolate Covered Almonds
Made with just three ingredients, these chocolate covered almonds are a delightful and easy to make no-bake dessert that is sure to satisfy your sweet tooth!

- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- Sea salt flakes for topping
Place the dark chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and microwave until melted, stirring every 15-20 seconds. Watch closely to avoid burning the chocolate.
Dip the almonds one by one into the melted chocolate with a fork, tap off the excess chocolate, then place on a wax paper lined baking sheet
Sprinkle the chocolate covered almonds immediately with flaked sea salt before the chocolate sets
Place in fridge to harden until set
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2 weeks, or in the freezer for up to a month.
