Cake Mix Peanut Butter Cookies

These soft and chewy peanut butter cookies are made with a box of yellow cake mix!

Ingredients

  • 15 oz box of yellow cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup creamy no stir peanut butter
  • ⅓ cup olive oil or vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Beat together the eggs, peanut butter, and oil until combined. Add the cake mix in slowly until the batter is mixed together.
  • Roll the dough into balls or use a mini cookie scoop to drop batter onto a nonstick baking sheet.
  • Use a fork to press down on each cookie in a criss cross.
  • Bake the cake mix peanut butter cookies at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • Cool the cookies for 2-3 minutes on the pan, then transfer to a wire cooling rack to cool completely.
