Carrot Orange Juice
This delicious carrot orange juice recipe is packed full of vitamin c and great for adding to your juicing routine!

- 2 lbs carrots rinsed and scrubbed or peeled
- 2 large oranges peeled and quartered
- 1 lemon peeled and quartered
- 1 inch piece of ginger peeled
Prepare your ingredients. You can either wash your carrots, or just peel them. Peel the oranges and ginger and cut the oranges into quarters. Peel and quarter the lemon.
Run all the ingredients through a juicer
Serve immediately or store in an airtight glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours
