Chipotle Ranch Dressing

This chipotle ranch dressing is creamy, smoky, and the perfect blend of flavors. Serve over salad or as a dip for big flavor.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz sour cream
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce see notes
  • 1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ tablespoons lime juice

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Pour the chipotle salad dressing over a salad, serve as a dip for raw vegetables or as a sauce for burgers or tacos and more!
  • Store leftover chipotle ranch in an airtight container or jar in the fridge for up to one week.

Notes

Adjust the spiciness

For a less spicy dressing, start with 1 or 2 chipotle peppers.

Serving size

This recipe will yield around 1 and 3/4 cups of dressing. The serving size is for 1/10th of the recipe, or around 2.5 tablespoons.
