- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 32 oz canned refried beans
- ¾ cup sour cream
- 1 packet 1 oz taco seasoning
- 8 oz monterey jack cheese freshly grated
Beat the softened cream cheese together with the refried beans. Mix in the sour cream and taco seasoning until smooth.
Place the bean dip mixture into a greased baking dish and top with the freshly grated monterey jack cheese.
Bake the cream cheese bean dip at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the edges are browned.
Serve hot with tortilla chips for dipping.
