In a separate bowl, combine the sugar, eggs, eggnog, vanilla extract, and melted butter.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet and stir until just combined.
Line a muffin tin with parchment paper muffin liners.
Distribute the batter evenly into 12 muffin cups.
Bake the eggnog muffins at 350 degrees for 17-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Once the muffins have cooled, make the glaze by combining the powdered sugar and eggnog. If your glaze is too thick, add in a splash of eggnog until it is drizzling consistency.
Glaze the muffins with the eggnog glaze.
