Ingredients

  • 15 oz box funfetti cake mix
  • ½ cup oil olive oil or vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix together the cake mix, oil, and eggs in a bowl until the cookie batter is well combined.
  • Drop the batter by rounded spoonfuls onto a baking sheet.
  • Bake the funfetti cookies for 11-13 minutes, until the edges are set.
  • Let the cookies cool a minute on the pan, then transfer to a wire cooling rack to cool completely.
  • Store leftover cookies in an airtight container or bag once cooled.
