How to make cake mix funfetti cookies

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Mix together the cake mix, oil, and eggs in a bowl to form the cookie batter.

A note about the oil: I always use olive oil when baking, but any neutral oil will work.

Vegetable oil is a common substitute for these kinds of recipes.

Step 2: Drop the cookie batter by spoonfuls onto a baking sheet.

You can use parchment paper if you want for ease of cleanup.

You can add an extra step here if you want and roll the dough in more sprinkles for a little extra color.

If you are making them for a holiday you could use holiday themed colors!

Step 3: Bake the funfetti cookies at 350 degrees for 11-13 minutes, until lightly browned on the bottoms.

Step 4: Let the cookies cool a minute on the pan, then transfer to a wire cooling rack to cool completely.
