Pimento Cheese Dip

Homemade pimento cheese dip is a southern classic. Serve with crackers and cut up veggies for a delicious appetizer!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 8 oz block of sharp cheddar cheese freshly grated
  • cup diced pimento peppers drained
  • cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Beat the softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl until fluffy.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and beat them together until thoroughly combined.
  • Cover and chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to marinate and combine.
  • Serve pimento cheese dip with crackers or fresh sliced vegetables for dipping.
