Pimento Cheese Dip

- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 8 oz block of sharp cheddar cheese freshly grated
- ⅓ cup diced pimento peppers drained
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
Beat the softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl until fluffy.
Add the rest of the ingredients and beat them together until thoroughly combined.
Cover and chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to marinate and combine.
