Roasted Broccoli and Carrots
Broccoli florets and thinly sliced carrots are roasted to tender perfection with parmesan cheese and a delicious spice blend.

- 5 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups thinly sliced carrots around 4-5 medium carrots peeled
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons powdered parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
Add the broccoli florets, carrots, italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, parmesan cheese, salt, and oil to a bowl. Toss to coat the oil and spices evenly into the veggies
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread out the broccoli and carrots in an even layer
Roast the broccoli and carrots at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Stir and flip, then roast an additional 10-15 minutes, or until browned on the edges and tender
