Roasted Frozen Broccoli

- 10 oz frozen broccoli florets
- olive oil spray
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
- onion powder
Preheat the oven to 420 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Take the frozen broccoli florets straight out of the freezer and spread them out in an even layer on the baking sheet. Do not let them thaw first.
Spray the frozen broccoli with olive oil spray to coat.
Sprinkle on even amounts of salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder over the tops of the broccoli (no need to toss or stir)
Roast the frozen broccoli at 420 degrees for 15-20 minutes, checking to stir once or twice, until the broccoli is crisped to your liking.
Remove the broccoli from the oven and sprinkle on parmesan cheese
Serve immediately
