Sprinkle on even amounts of salt and pepper. If you are unsure of how much to use, start with a teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper. You can always add more to taste after the corn is done roasting.
Sprinkle the garlic powder on top of the corn evenly
Roast at 425 degrees for 10 minutes
Remove corn and stir it around, then sprinkle on the grated parmesan cheese
Roast 15 more minutes, then stir again
Roast for an additional 5 - 15 minutes, until corn is golden brown on the edges
Notes
The total baking time will vary based on the type of baking sheet you use. I personally love crispier chewier corn, so I roasted mine on the longer side.
