- 16 oz whole mushrooms washed and patted dry
- 6 cloves of garlic minced
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- fresh chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees
Trim the ends off of the mushrooms with a knife, and place them on a baking sheet.
Add the butter and minced garlic to a bowl and microwave it for 30 seconds, or until the butter is melted.
Add the salt, basil, and pepper to the garlic butter, and use a spoon to mix it all together
Drizzle the garlic butter over the tops of the mushrooms evenly
Roast the mushrooms at 425 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes, stirring at least once or twice, until browned and sizzling
