I love eating this for dessert and the creamy filling is so delicious paired with the fresh berries.

I suggest serving this right away for the best flavor, or making it just a few hours ahead.

How to store

If you think you will have leftovers, I would suggest storing the cheesecake filling separately from the fresh fruit.

Once it’s time to serve, pat the fruit dry and fold it into the filling.

This will help the fruit not get mushy.

I was never a fan of a lot of my Grandma’s creamy fruit salad recipes, but this cheesecake salad is one exception!

I can’t say no to cheesecake flavors and this really hit my sweet tooth just right. You have to try it!
