I have been a vegetarian for over a decade, but I love creating recipes that are for everyone to enjoy.

I have three little boys, so lots of my recipes are picky eater tested and I am always coming up with new recipes that are not only delicious, but can be made quickly. I know how hard it can be to find time for cooking in your busy life!
My boys are a big inspiration for me to create recipes with extra fruits and veggies in them that actually taste delicious. I know how hard it can be to get your kids to eat a well rounded diet!
