This ginger peach detox smoothie recipe is full of good for you ingredients.
A delicious way to get your smoothie habit kicked off!
I polled you guys on instagram a few weeks back, and a lot of you said you would love to see more smoothie recipes!
Up until now, I haven’t posted many smoothie recipes, but they are such a huge part of my every day life that I’m not sure why!
In our house, we aim for a smoothie a day.
On days when I’m not eating as healthy or not feeling great, I will whip up a big smoothie full of feel good ingredients.
With a picky eater toddler, these daily smoothies also mean that I’m getting some much needed nutrition into my little guy (he has yet to turn down a smoothie!)
This ginger peach detox smoothie has fresh cucumber and lemon in it (great for cleansing and weight loss), frozen peaches, an orange, and frozen strawberries.
It basically tastes likes a zing-y tropical fruit smoothie.
But you’re secretly hiding those powerhouse ingredients to get your body all those amazing nutrients!
If your goal is to eat healthier, I highly suggest starting with the goal of a smoothie a day.
I invested in a Blendtec, and there was no looking back.
It was one of the best decisions that I made for my health!
There are SO many delicious ways to hide more fruits and veggies than you would normally eat in a day and the Blendtec can literally blend everything into completely smooth deliciousness.
Even if I tried, I don’t think I could ever sit down and eat as much fruit and veggies in one sitting as I can pack into this yummy smoothie.
My Favorite Green Smoothie Recipe is another one that we make regularly.
I mentioned in this post that Crosby LOVES smoothies, well this one did not disappoint.
As a mom, it really makes me feel good to see him drinking all that goodness!
He is so picky right now and popping more teeth than I can count, so eating is very hit or miss right now.
All the more reason to stick to my daily smoothie plan!
Another one of my favorite detox drinks is my my Watermelon Detox Water.
There are so many ways to get more fruit and veggies in your diet!
