This pumpkin spice coffee is my favorite treat!

Tis the season of pumpkin spice everything! We are living for this frozen pumpkin coffee recipe and homemade pumpkin cold brew.

If you love coffee, chances are you have been indulging in one too many fancy pumpkin themed drinks at your favorite coffee shop.

This recipe is for those days when you not only want to save yourself $6, but make a delicious pumpkin treat at home to get your coffee fix!

Ingredients to make pumpkin spice coffee

  • brewed chilled coffee or cold brew coffee
  • frozen whipped topping – truwhip or cool whip
  • pumpkin spice flavored coffee creamer
  • ice cubes

All you need is just 4 simple ingredients to make this coffee that tastes like fall in a glass.

Brew a few cups of coffee and place it in the fridge to chill so that you can make this recipe any time the craving hits.

Once you’re ready to make this, just grab the other ingredients from the fridge and freezer and it’s ready in minutes.

It’s icy, creamy, and sweet, and really hits the spot! Top with whipped cream if you’re feeling fancy.

I prefer cold coffee drinks year round, and this one is perfect for enjoying this fall. A pumpkin coffee with a side of pumpkin chocolate chip cookies? Now that’s what dreams are made of.

  • 1 cup chilled brewed coffee or cold brew coffee
  • cup frozen coolwhip or truwhip
  • 3 tablespoons pumpkin spice coffee creamer
  • 1 cup ice cubes

  • Add the chilled coffee, coolwhip, pumpkin spice creamer, and ice in a blender and blend until smooth
  • Top with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice

You can use truwhip or cool whip in this recipe. You will not thaw it first. I prefer to use truwhip as it is lighter and tastes just as good
