All you need is frozen bananas, your favorite milk, ground flax seed, honey, and greek yogurt to make this cool and creamy smoothie!
Frozen bananas are one of my smoothie staples.
They give every smoothie a thick and ultra creamy texture that is just the best!
Smoothies with bananas are my go to, as I usually have bags full of frozen banana chunks in my freezer at all times.
Not only are bananas good for you, but they’re also great for an upset stomach.
Living with an upset stomach 70% of the time, this has fast become a favorite of mine to settle any tummy troubles!
My toddler loves it too, and “nanacks” are one of his favorite fruits.
Simple, 5 ingredients, and so satisfying!

Banana Smoothie Recipe:
- 1 1/2 cups frozen banana chunks
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 cup plain 0% greek yogurt
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately
