This healthy pumpkin pie smoothie is one of my favorite ways to enjoy the flavors of fall.

It’s the time of year where I find myself craving pumpkin truffles, mini pumpkin muffins, and pumpkin banana bread.

This smoothie is a great way to get your pumpkin pie fix when you are craving something sweet for breakfast!

Ingredients to make a healthy pumpkin pie smoothie

  • frozen banana chunks 
  • canned pumpkin
  • pumpkin pie spice
  • cacao powder
  • honey
  • unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • whipped cream, for topping

This smoothie is free of artificial sweeteners (save for the optional whipped cream), low calorie, and tastes just like you’re eating pumpkin pie.

It is a fall must have.

Pumpkin and banana are a great smoothie combo. This sweet drink is smooth, creamy, and delicious!

How to make a pumpkin pie smoothie

Step 1: Add the frozen banana, pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, cacao powder, honey, and almond milk to a high speed blender.

Blend the smoothie until it is thick and creamy and no chunks remain.

Step 2: Pour the smoothie into glasses and top with optional whipped cream. Drink immediately and enjoy!

This healthy pumpkin pie smoothie is made with frozen bananas and pumpkin puree. A cool and refreshing fall flavored drink!

Ingredients 

  • 1 ½ cups frozen banana chunks, around 1.5 medium bananas
  • ½ cup canned pumpkin
  • ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • whipped cream, for topping

Instructions 

  • Combine all smoothie ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy and no chunks remain
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and top with whipped cream. Serve immediately and enjoy!
