Healthy peach smoothie

This peach smoothie recipe is so easy to make and so refreshing.

It’s also full of protein (thank you, Greek yogurt!), and makes a great breakfast for busy mornings.

This is one of my favorite smoothie recipes to make with my farmer’s market peaches!

Ingredients to make a peach smoothie

  • Frozen peach slices: frozen fruit is great for getting that thick and creamy texture while keeping the peach flavor.
  • Fresh peach: fresh peaches have more flavor, so this is a must for a peach smoothie!
  • Plain 0% greek yogurt: or any Greek yogurt.
  • Milk: any milk of choice.
  • Cinnamon
  • Rolled oats
  • Pure maple syrup: our favorite all natural sweeteners for smoothie recipes.

How to make a healthy peach smoothie

Step 1: Add the frozen peach slices, a fresh peach (pit removed), Greek yogurt, milk, cinnamon, rolled oats, and maple syrup to a high speed blender.

Step 2: Blend the peach smoothie until thick and creamy. Pour it into glasses and enjoy immediately.

This smoothie recipe is very thick, so you will need a high powered blender to get it smooth.

If you want a thinner smoothie, just add more milk as necessary, or use all fresh peaches.

I used both frozen peaches for thickness and a fresh peach for a deeper peach flavor.

This recipe makes two large servings making it perfect for sharing!

Peach Smoothie Recipe

This easy peach smoothie recipe makes a great breakfast or snack!

Ingredients 

  • 16 oz frozen peach slices
  • 1 fresh peach, pit removed
  • 1 cup plain 0% Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 4 tablespoons pure maple syrup

Instructions 

  • Add the frozen peach slices, fresh peach, greek yogurt, milk, cinnamon, oats, and pure maple syrup to a high speed blender. Blend on high until thick and creamy.
  • Pour the peach smoothie into glasses and enjoy!

  1. I forgot to buy a fresh peach today but used half a tablespoon of cinnamon and a pinch of salt instead. Otherwise, followed your recipe exactly. Had to use my blender’s tamper accelerator but once it was ready it was delicious!
