This parmesan roasted cauliflower is so good that I could eat the whole batch myself.

The secret is in the seasoning for roasted cauliflower, especially garlic and parmesan cheese. Roasting at a high heat gets you the most delicious crispy parmesan cheese edges!

When you roast cauliflower, it gets nice and crispy edges instead of staying soft throughout.

It’s one of my family’s favorite cauliflower side dish recipes and even my kids will eat theirs and ask for seconds! There are never any leftovers.
