How to make Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Grease a 9×5 loaf pan with cooking spray
- Mix the wet ingredients: melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and mashed bananas
- Mix the dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon
- Add it all together: Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix until just combined
- Fold in the chocolate chips
- Pour the batter into the pan: sprinkle with additional chocolate chips, and bake for 45-50 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
- Rest for 10 minutes in the pan, then remove onto a wire cooling rack
