Make your own Chick-fil-A sauce at home!
Ever find yourself craving chick fil a sauce at home? This recipe is made with just 4 ingredients and tastes just like the real thing!
Chick fil a sauce is delicious on burgers, with fries, chicken nuggets, and more. It’s so easy to make yourself at home so that you never be without your favorite dip again!

The full recipe and instructions can be found in the recipe card at the bottom of the post, but here are the ingredients that you will need.
Ingredient Notes
- mayo: regular mayonnaise
- bbq sauce: regular bbq sauce, not spicy
- mustard: plain mustard
- honey: just a little bit to sweeten

Recipe Tip
I have found that using a whisk results in the perfect creaminess and lets the mayo combine completely into the sauce. Sometimes a spoon won’t be able to mix it quite as well. Just whisk together the mayo, mustard, bbq sauce, and honey in a bowl and serve!
It’s really that easy. No fancy ingredients. Probably all stuff that you already have on hand!

What to serve it with
- chicken nuggets or plant based nuggets
- Air Fryer Tofu Nuggets
- waffle fries
- Air Fryer Frozen French Fries
- Chickpea Nuggets
Whatever your style, this sauce is perfect for enjoying Chick-fil-A from the comfort of your kitchen!
“Delicious and crazy easy to whip up! This will be my go to sandwich sauce now! Thank you! – Jules“

I do not know where in the world this dip is being used, but it looked so appetizing! I made it and it just blew my mind. I wonder how the original one would taste, I used normal English mustard, our type BBQ sauce and local produced honey with one of the many brands of mayonnaise. Thank you very much!
How long can this last in the fridge?
Hi Edward! It’s used at Chick-Fil-A fast food Resto here in the states. If you ever get out this way you GOTTA try the Chick-Fil-A! Peace, Jan

I was thinking about trying that. I wondered if it would be the same
What ratio do you use?

So honey mustard and mayo and bbq sauce will work?
What brands do you use? Not all brands taste alike. I just made and it is very good, however just a bit sweet so I will cut back on the honey.
I use original flavored bbq sauce. honey bbq or other sweeter flavors may have caused this too be too sweet.
Curious if you use yellow mustard or Dijon?
regular yellow mustard
What brand mayo did you use?
