This strawberry watermelon smoothie is a delicious summer drink made with juicy sweet fruit. Vegan, naturally sweetened, and full of fruity flavor. All you need is only 2 ingredients to make this refreshing drink!
Smoothies are one of the best parts of summer in my opinion.
With all of the amazing summer produce, the flavor combinations that you can drink are endless!
This strawberry watermelon smoothie is the easiest smoothie recipe that I have ever posted.
I almost hesitate to call it a recipe, because it is just so simple.
So simple that you only need two ingredients!
How to make a strawberry watermelon smoothie
- Add frozen strawberries and fresh watermelon to a blender
- Blend until smooth
- Serve immediately
The juiciness from the watermelon and the iciness from the frozen strawberries makes that perfect smoothie texture.
This smoothie is naturally sweet and so refreshing.
You could also freeze this into ice pops for your kids!
If your fruit is not sweet enough, you can add a touch of maple syrup, but I really don’t think you will need it.
This smoothie was plenty sweet and so fun to drink.
I only wish I had been drinking it poolside!
This drink is perfectly thick from the frozen fruit.
I would not recommend using fresh strawberries unless you are using frozen watermelon.
If you are using fresh watermelon and strawberries, you could add ice to thicken the smoothie, but it may water down the flavor a bit.
If you need a cure for that sweet tooth, this yummy smoothie may be just what you need!
