Oreo Pie is the best no bake dessert!
This no bake oreo pie is one of my favorite ice box pies to whip together and stick in the fridge for later to serve.
This version is made with a homemade whipped cream and cream cheese filling mixed together with crushed oreos.
Decorate it anyway or leave it plain, either way this cookies and cream pie is delicious!
Simply mix together the ingredients, pour into a ready made pie crust, and a few hours later you have a delicious dessert.
You can find the full recipe and instructions at the bottom of this post, but here is what you will need to make it.

Step 1: Beat the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form to make the homemade whipped cream filling.
Step 2: In a separate bowl, whip the cream cheese and vanilla extract.
Step 3: Mix together the whipped cream and cream cheese mixture.
Fold in the crushed oreos into the pie filling, reserving a few tablespoons for topping.
Step 4: Pour the pie filling into the pie crust and smooth it out evenly using a rubber spatula. Top the pie with the remaining crushed Oreos.
Step 5: Cover and refrigerate the pie for at least 4-5 hours, preferably overnight.
Joy’s Tip
This pie is best left overnight to chill in the fridge. I suggest making it the day before and keeping it in your refrigerator until you are ready to serve it! The longer you let it sit the more the pie will firm up and be easier to cut.
If you love to decorate you can top this pie with some whipped cream and whole Oreos for a dessert that looks straight out of a fancy restaurant.
Whether or not you do this, the pie will be so delicious and definitely the hit of any holiday party.
Oreo pie is a great dessert for any holiday – Thanksgiving, Christmas, Memorial Day, 4th of July, even Valentine’s Day.
If you are a pie for birthday kind of person, this will be a hit with oreo lovers.
The no bake filling is so creamy, sweet, and full of cookies and cream goodness. The crunchy chocolatey pie crust is the best sweet complement!
How To Store
Leftover Oreo pie can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
