How to make no bake peanut butter pie

Step 1: Beat the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. This is the whipped cream layer that we will fold into the peanut butter and cream cheese.

Step 2: In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and creamy peanut butter until smooth. Add the vanilla extract and brown sugar and mix to combine.

Step 3: Combine the whipped cream and the peanut butter and whip until the filling is velvety smooth.

Step 4: Transfer the no bake peanut butter pie filling to a 6 oz graham pie crust. Use a rubber spatula to smooth out the top evenly.

Step 5: Chill the peanut butter pie in the fridge for at least 3-4 hours, until firmed.

This pie is is the perfect make ahead dessert as it gets better the longer it chills.

Once the pie has hardened, you can decorate and serve!

I have been using this same recipe for years. It is delicious. It’s a little rich, so best to cut the pie into small pieces.
