These cake mix muffins are delicious!

Cake mix is one of my favorite simple tricks for making baked goods for my family and friends when I’m short on time. I have made everything from cookies to breads, bars, and even brownies using a box of cake mix.

I made these chocolate chip cake mix muffins and that’s when I knew I needed to try a double chocolate fudge version next! These double chocolate cake mix muffins are fudge and rich and taste like a decadent muffin that you would buy from a bakery.

The best part? It only takes a few pantry ingredients and you can have these in the oven in minutes!

  1. Your instructions mention whisking the milk, melted butter and eggs. You don’t list eggs in your ingredients. How many eggs should be used?
