How to make pumpkin cream cheese dip

First, add your cream cheese block to a bowl (no need to soften it first, this recipe is super easy!)

Use a hand mixer to beat the cream cheese until fluffy.

I prefer to use a hand mixer instead of breaking out the full sized stand mixer.

Less cleanup, no fuss, and simple technique to use hand mixers.

I actually prefer to use them over a standard mixer any day!

Be sure to beat the cream cheese first before adding the other ingredients, as it will help the texture stay soft and creamy and allow the cream cheese to mix in perfectly.

We don’t want any weird lumps in our dip.

Once you have beaten the cream cheese to fluffy perfection, it’s time to add in the other ingredients!

Add in your canned pumpkin, greek yogurt, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, maple syrup, and sugar.

Use your hand mixer to beat until nice and creamy.

I used ¼ cup of pure maple syrup and 2 tablespoons of sugar to make my dip sweet, but not overly sweet.

If you desire an even more sweet dip, just add in some more granulated sugar until the sweetness is to your liking.

Once you have made your dip, place in the fridge until chilled and it’s ready to serve!
